Humanitarian Assistance: Since 1992, Project HOPE has provided more than £50 million of humanitarian assistance to the people of Georgia.

In 2007, Project HOPE provided more than £4.5 million of medicines and medical supplies. The medicines and supplies were distributed to five hospitals in the Tbilisi area.

Timeline
1992 Initiated humanitarian assistance shipments.
2007 Provided more than £5 million of medicines and medical supplies as part of a Department of State airlift.
2008 Shipped £1 million of antibiotics and burn dressing in response to conflict relief and another £1.4 million of medicines and medical supplies as part of continuing humanitarian assistance programme.
  Art therapy items were shipped and distributed to the children at the Central Hospital, Tbilisi, Georgia who are receiving treatment for leukaemia. Also provided much needed to funds for the creation of a kitchen for the use of parents whilst staying at the hospital.
