Managing Change: The Expanding Role of Middle Managers in Hospitals - The goal of this programme is to improve patient care by upgrading management skills of key hospital and health professional’s. This initiative is an extension of Project HOPE’s successful healthcare management training programme, which began in the early 1990s.

Timeline
1992 "Healthcare Manager Training" programmes, continued into the early 2000.
2000 Product donations commenced through Project HOPE’s Humanitarian Assistance programme.
2008 Project HOPE shipped various medical equipment to include a state of the art "Birthing Bed" and other medical supplies as required.
2009 Project HOPE UK shipped a huge consignment of equipment including 4 computers for the main hospital in Macedonia. The shipment was transported in partnership with TNT Specialist Services to whom we are extremely grateful.
