Thank you for your interest in Project HOPE UK, a charity registered in the United Kingdom as an expression of a worldwide network of Project HOPE organisations that is utterly committed to realising a vision of H.O.P.E – Health Opportunities for People Everywhere.

Around the world, especially in developing countries and those facing crisis, our teams work with local people, empowering individuals, communities and governments, through training, skill sharing and dynamic partnerships, to develop sustainable healthcare solutions to the specific needs of their area.

Typical of our programmes are our Village Health Banks that equip women to be instruments of transformation in their communities, unlocking their potential, increasing their family income so they can pay for better nutrition and healthcare, and leaving them with the capacity to address critical issues such as the spread of HIV/AIDS, early detection of fatal childhood diseases and the impact of domestic violence. 

Over the last 10 years, we have been able to direct at least 94 pence in every £1 donated into our international healthcare projects – projects that are highly effective in bringing lasting change.
