Munsieville International Children's Cup features in South African newspapers
Thursday, 24th June 2010 11:05   GMT

While the attention of the international media has been focused on the FIFA World Cup, Project HOPE UK's Munsieville International Children's Cup and Thoughtful Path programme have featured in the South African press.

Stories in the Krugersdorp News and Daily Sun reported on former South African team captain Lucas Radebe's visit to Munsieville on 10 June, and updates on several matches played in the first week of the 'alternative World Cup'.

The Munsieville International Children's Cup signals the launch of The Thoughtful Path: Munsieville programme, our 10-year community based project aiming to address the many obstacles preventing orphans and other vulnerable children from developing into healthy productive adults, through empowerment and sustainable care.
