Three hubs for change

Through its work in support of children in crisis on four continents over 20 years, Project HOPE UK has identified several strategic themes which, when combined into one integrated, community-based programme, can address many of the drivers of poor health in children.

Enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers from the Munsieville community have organised themselves in three action “hubs” to address these themes. The action hubs are community-led groups delivering comprehensive services directly to children, parents and caregivers, each supporting the mission of the organisation and managed by an elected Executive Committee. Six Vital Support Units, accountable to the management board of The Thoughtful Path Munsieville, are operated by project staff who provide facilities, training and technical support to the action hubs.
